Our Approach

We collect data from multiple sources including the U.S. Census, Google™, Azira™, PersonaLive™, Sprout Social™, and Semrush™. These data are combined with information we collect from our client partners via our annual Cultural Attraction Trend Survey and ongoing Visitor Surveys at our partner organizations.

We connect the dots of data between these sources to identify correlations, relationships, and trends that provide insight into effective strategies and tactics.

We have collected data on 12.7 million visitors to over 800 cultural attractions in the largest 100 markets in the United States. We share what we learn with members via monthly Data Dots, quarterly and annual reports, webinars, and presentations at conferences and industry events across the country.
